One-time Payments

Payments for Sourcely made as one-time purchases for a fixed number of characters are non-refundable. These payments grant access to a predetermined quantity of characters, and upon purchase, these characters are immediately available for use. These characters never expire.

Subscription Services

Sourcely offers subscription-based services. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing, and charges will be automatically applied to your account until you choose to cancel. Subscription cancellations can be made at any time. To cancel, log into your Sourcely account and navigate to 'Manage Subscription' on your left. Click on 'Manage Subscription' right below the pricing plan to stop future billings. Please note that if you have used more than 1000 characters at any time during your current and past subscription periods, we are unable to offer a refund.

Reporting Errors

We understand that unforeseen issues may occur. If you encounter a bug or error in our product, we are committed to addressing and resolving it promptly.
